Combined with their backgrounds in investment-readiness, Adrian De La Court and Siân Prime designed Synapse Fair Growth, a new creative growth programme and inclusivity toolkit.

Synapse Fair Growth understands and addresses the challenges of innovation, growth, and talent acquisition and retention in the creative sector. The programme has the ambition of fostering systemic change and cultural shifts, through inclusive and equitable practice.

The programme is available to be delivered through in-person workshops and mentoring, and an inclusivity toolkit. This range of supported or self-directed change supports creative and cultural organisations to develop sustainable business models all with equity, diversity and inclusion at the heart of it.

The programme is a gateway to mastering growth strategies that champion inclusive practices and empowers organisations to cultivate a workplace that nurtures and amplifies diverse talent and voices.

Through the toolkit organisations can gain access to practical high-impact but low-cost approaches, that will help them to think through how they operate and unlock new opportunities for growth and equitable development. The toolkit will be made publicly available on this website soon.
